Calling up the lap timer
Scroll the thumbwheel on the steering wheel until Lap timer appears on the instrument cluster display.
Recording lap times
Press the thumbwheel to start the timer.
Press the thumbwheel again to stop the timer for this lap. The next lap time starts running immediately, and the previous lap time moves up one line on the display. The lap number appears to the left of each lap time.
Displaying split times and interrupting the lap timer
Press the thumbwheel to display a split time. The current lap time continues running in the background.
To interrupt the lap timer, e.g. to take a break, press thumbwheel.
Press the thumbwheel again to resume the lap time.
If you interrupt the lap timer, you can resume recording later on, even if you switched off the ignition in the meantime.
