Important: The directory must first be opened Link.
Deleting a name tag in an address card
Turn the rotary pushbutton to mark an entry and press to confirm. The address card will appear on the MMI display.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to Delete name tag and press the rotary pushbutton. The name tag will be deleted.
Deleting a name tag in the Setup menu
Press the function selector button marked SETUP.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to Delete name tags and press the rotary pushbutton.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to Delete individually or Delete all entries and press the rotary pushbutton.
To start the deletion, turn the rotary pushbutton to Yes and press to confirm.
Note
  • You can only delete the personal name tags that you have recorded.
