You can select your preferred route to a single destination from up to three suggested routes.
In the route selection display the route which was calculated on the basis of your criteria Link is highlighted. If, for example, you have set short in the Route options menu, the shortest route is highlighted. Wherever possible, you will also be offered alternative routes Link with the same route criteria.
The suggested routes and their characteristics are displayed in the route legend menu on the MMI display.
All information regarding the selected route will be highlighted in white:
- Distance to destination and estimated time of arrival
- Symbols for motorways, toll roads and ferry crossings on the planned route.
Turn and press the rotary pushbutton to select the possible alternative routes.
Note
If only a few alternative routes to the destination are available, the routes might overlap.
