Applies to: vehicles with electric luggage compartment cover
When you operate the boot lid, an electric motor moves the luggage compartment cover into position -A- or -B-. You do not have to release the cover to load or unload your luggage.
Hooking into place / unhooking
The cover can only be hooked into place/unhooked in position -A-.
Pull out the cover and hook it into the guide rails on the side trim in position -A-

Removing
Unhook the cover and let it roll up.
Pull the lever in the direction of the arrow
Fig. 2 and lift out the cover.
Installing
Place the left end of the cover in the left mounting in the side trim.
Place the right end of the cover in the right mounting and press it down until it engages.
WARNING!
The luggage compartment cover should not be used as a storage shelf. Items placed on this cover could cause injury in an accident or if the brakes are applied suddenly.
Caution!
To prevent any damage, let the luggage compartment cover retract slowly.
