The MMI display screen folds out automatically when the MMI system is switched on. It also folds in again automatically when the system is switched off.
The MMI display screen can be folded in and out manually by pressing the button -3- Fig. 1.
Note
  • If the MMI display screen has been folded in, it will be folded out automatically when there is an incoming phone call (on vehicles with a car telephone kit* or phone pre-installation*).
  • After the display screen has been folded in, you can still change the station/channel using the arrow buttons on the MMI control console, for example when you are listening to the radio.
