To switch auxiliary air conditioning on/off:

Select MENU button > Car > left control button > Auxiliary air conditioner > Switch on auxiliary air conditioner or Switch off auxiliary air conditioner.
To switch auxiliary heating/air conditioning* on/off:
Applies to: vehicles with auxiliary heating
Select MENU button > Car > left control button > Auxiliary heating/air conditioning > Switch on auxiliary heating/air conditioning or Switch off auxiliary heating/air conditioning.
To select the A/C type
Applies to: vehicles with auxiliary heating
You can select the following A/C types for the auxiliary heating/air conditioning*:
Select MENU button > Car > left control button > Auxiliary heating/air conditioning > Switch on auxiliary heating/air conditioning or Switch off auxiliary heating/air conditioning > right control button > A/C type.
automatic - The vehicle electronics determine whether the air conditioner runs on electric power or on fuel. The symbols 
will appear on the infotainment system.

electric - The vehicle s heater/air conditioner will run on electric power. The symbol will appear on the infotainment system.
will appear on the infotainment system.
auxiliary - The vehicle s heater/air conditioner will run on the fuel in the tank. The symbol will appear on the infotainment system.

The auxiliary air conditioning or auxiliary heating/air conditioning* can be switched on/off immediately even if a timer has been programmed.
